The San Diego Rapid Response Network (SDRRN) provides an Emergency Immigration Enforcement Hotline for San Diego community members to report any ongoing immigration emergencies such as checkpoints, raids, arrests, and harassment. The purpose of the hotline is to document such incidents, provide emergency assistance, and connect affected individuals with resources to social services and legal defense.
Our emergency hotline hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 8:30am–5:00pm. We do not take live calls. Please leave a detailed message and we will review your report and return your call as soon as possible. Our team is dedicated to addressing the immediate concerns and needs of our community. Calls are routinely monitored during non-business hours (weekends included) and returned as appropriate for immigration emergencies only.

Eligibility
With a program expansion in 2022, 10 legal service providers are now able to serve all 115 community colleges within their designated regions. This program provides a wide range of free immigration legal services for the California Community College system. To be eligible for free immigration legal services, an individual must be affiliated with a California Community College in one of the following ways:
- Be a student at a California Community College
- Be a staff and/or faculty at a California Community College
- Be a dual-enrolled student at a California Community College
- Enrolled at an adult education
- Enrolled as a non-credit course student
There is no unit or income requirement as long as the client meets the qualifications. Client services can continue regardless of their affiliation period with a California Community College. Unfortunately, due to the current funding, we cannot extend free legal services to the entire alumni community, family members, and other college students at this time.
