Are you between 16 – 24 years old, living in San Diego, and starting your career or looking to take it to the next level? In partnership with WorkForce, MANA de San Diego is now offering our community a completely virtual, self-paced, work training! The best part? You get PAID to train! Earn $50 for completing the training.
The training, hosted by Accenture Learning Exchange, includes courses on; the interview process, networking techniques, professional behaviors, ethics at work, etc.
Once complete, you can choose to continue your work-force development with Access, and get connected to employers, free training programs, mentoring and more!

The training plan will show all courses. Track your progress and earn badges as you go. All your progress will save so you can return to the courses at any time, and complete the training at your own pace! Note; only “required” courses are needed for the $50 incentive. Join us for a free job and resource fair to find your next opportunity! We’ll have over 30 local San Diego employers that are actively hiring for a variety of jobs in multiple sectors. This is a family-friendly event and anyone ages 16 and up can find an opportunity and access resources.
We’ll also have career navigators onsite to help you sign up for the San Diego Workforce Partnership’s member services to access free job and training services.
